Lynn Kenyon, owner of the locally owned Live in Montana Real Estate brokerage, is pleased to announce a new duo to the successful team. Chase and Ken Scheffler, Cut Bank-based pair of REALTORS®, have joined Kenyon in assisting sellers and buyers with their real estate needs.
“Live in Montana Real Estate showed great interest in our needs as buyers and worked incredibly hard to find our dream home,” says Ken Scheffler. “Communication was top notch as was technical expertise. Our positive experience with Lynn and her team convinced us that this is the team we wanted to join.”
Kenyon launched Live in Montana Real Estate with an extensive business and marketing background. She intended to create an agency where licensees were encouraged to succeed and trained to be aggressive, professional, and insightful. She is encouraged by Chase and Ken, saying, “These are motivated individuals ready for the challenge that comes with selling real estate in Montana.”
Chase has family in the real estate business and admires how that knowledge can support something Montanans love – farming and ranching.
“I have always envied the knowledge my grandma and mom had when they were real estate agents. Both used the knowledge they learned from selling real estate to better their own farming and ranching operations,” says Chase. “I think being a real estate agent will further my land management skills and will benefit buyers and sellers.”
The Scheffler’s purchased their home in Cut Bank. They enjoy calling it home.
“Cut Bank is a fantastic place to call home,” says Chase. “It is a small tight knit community where everyone is your ‘neighbor’ and treated with hospitality.”
Ken and Chase are looking forward to helping clients in the way Kenyon assisted and welcomed them.
“Lynn worked hard to find us our dream home,” says Chase. “Because of their dedication and no BS attitude, we felt fortunate that Live in MT Real Estate was willing to take us on.”
This straight-shooting approach to real estate – and life – is something Kenyon’s clients appreciate. In fact, Kenyon intends to capitalize on Chase’s and Ken’s existing skillsets, including their personable nature and inner grit, to help them to succeed for their clients.
“Being an Air Force Veteran,” shares Ken, “I know that drive and determination leads to success. The military instilled these skills in me, and I will put them to work for [my clients].”
Chase, an avid hunter and outdoors-woman appreciates a job well done.
“I have been fortunate to hunt many different states. As many outdoors men and women know it takes determination to make it to that next ridge, over that next mountain or across a ripping river,” says Chase. “It is no small task to hike all day in rugged yet beautifully rewarding country then to be lucky enough to reap the reward of a successful hunt.”
John Ditore, REALTOR® based in Great Falls, Montana, joined the brokerage in 2021. Stevi Lee, REALTOR® based in Helena, Montana, joined the brokerage in spring of this year. Learn more about Kenyon and her team at liveinmtrealestate.com.
