Home sales in Cascade and Lewis and Clark counties increased during the first quarter of 2019, all while fewer homes went on the market compared to this time last year. There is less inventory for our buyers to choose from and list prices have increased as a result.
This graphic from Realtor.com shows the median list price increase for Lewis and Clark county (while declining and then moving in an upward trend in Cascade county.)
